Responsibilities: 

• Apply digital-asset portfolio management knowledge and experience with Hong Kong SFC regulated type 4 and 9 business activities;
• Formulate, review and update the operational procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance;
• Ensure the team comply fully to the internal AML / KYC policies and relevant external regulations
• Supervise and manage daily discretionary portfolio and fund management operations;
• Provide advice and support to management on strategic activities and daily operations;
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required. 

 Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics or a business-related discipline;
• Minimum five-year of fund management experience in the financial industry;
• Minimum three-year relevant experience in managing or supervising digital-asset (such as cryptos and STO) portfolios or funds is a MUST;
• Solid knowledge in compliance and application of SFC regulations and guidelines;
• Able to work under pressure, with strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skill;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin).
