•Overview:
•This role will focus on establishing key financial metrics, developing logistics forecasts for the region, and aligning commercial SLA’s to cost projections.
•Summary of responsibilities:
•Develop financial forecast model for DH and Freight (outbound, air, & inbound) spend:
•Shanghai
•Korea
•Australia
•India
•Hong Kong Hub
•Robust variance analysis on actuals to drive decisions and actions
•Financial model aligned to commercial SLA’s || clear understanding how commercial decisions impact logistics cost
•Finance partner for APAC Supply Chain operations team & regional supply chain back office
•5YP Logistics spend for the region aligning supply chain initiatives and cost.
•Lead in partnership with Supply Chain the Regional S&OP process and Inventory management.
•COGS Planning, tracking and reconciliation.
