Responsibilities 

• Handle business referrals from marketing teams of Commercial Banking and SME Banking 
• Handle MPF enquiries from branches and clients
• Provide customer service to MPF clients
• Update procedures, prepare compliance reports and regulatory returns, conduct referral training to branch colleagues
• Participate ad hoc projects 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, Insurance or Finance
• Holding licences of MPF Individual Intermediary and SFC Type 1 and 4 is a must
• Minimum 8 years of sales and marketing experience In ORSO/MPF, investment management or insurance business; experience in product development is preferable
• Good understanding of MPF products and related regulatory requirements
• Well versed in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in English and Cantonese
• A Good team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
