Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the partnership scheme and business development strategies to increase revenue for Hywin
• Identify opportunities for partnerships with entities who are excited to share in Hywin’s mission and build meaningful, new relationships
• Manage and grow business relationships with partners to maximize value on all sides
• Build infrastructure, processes, and best practices to support the work of partnership and business development, including the introduction of tools and systems as needed
• Set, measure, and reach goals, plans, and KPIs for the partnerships and business development team
• Represent Hywin externally, generating enthusiasm and new leads at every opportunity

Requirements:

• Proven business development, marketing and sales experience, with at least 3 years relevant experience in Insurance Brokerage Industry
• Degree holder or above, relevant licenses are required, ie.: IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5 are compulsory
• Adequate product knowledge and selling strategic experience. Familiar with market players' strengths and weaknesses
• Strong problem solving and communication skills with good command of written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills and negotiation skills
• Candidate with the following conditions or experience are preferred:
  • Candidate with existing partnership resources and/or with an existing consultant / sales team
  • Candidate with experience in dealing with high net-worth clients in the Greater China Area
