Responsibilities

• Identify system requirements in retail banking business covering personal banking products, ATM and digital banking etc
• Provide business analysis and consulting services to users and project teams for effective implementation of solutions
• Develop user requirement specifications and UAT plan
• Establish acceptance test procedures, manage, coordinate and conduct joint testing, document user procedures and provide user training

Requirements

• Degree holder in IT, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in banking industry with good knowledge of retail/ebanking business
• Good familiarity with business and data analytics
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
