The Vice President, Global Capital Markets will play a key role in the New Technology Company helping to establish a strong sales team for potential funding sources and drive the integration of new capital providers This teammate will report directly to Chairman. 

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Chairman; Work with the Capital Markets team to assess various options for raising capital for loans 

• Develop capital relationships with depository institutions
• Serve as a resource in networking with potential capital providers, and assist in implementing the company's plans for developing additional relationships with depositories
• Educate potential funding sources of products and distinguish the core strengths from its competitors
• Provide pricing analysis and help negotiate business terms with potential funding partners
• Assist in execution of capital markets-specific transactions (likely to include warehouse financing and securitization) through supporting the due diligence process, modeling, structuring, providing ad hoc analyses, and managing related legal documentation
• Structure, analyze and execute on raising capitals from an array of funding outlets
• Understand and communicate credit profile and drivers of asset performance

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or economics
• Over 6 years of experience in raising capital of from private and institutional investors, investment banks and financial service providers.

• Experience in TMT sectors preferred
• Strong network with investors and related media
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required
