Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the FX option book and cooperate with Head office for option trading strategies. Control the entire trading process of volatility curve management, option pricing and risk management. Coordinate with middle office and back office to resolve ad hoc trade issues as well as P&L calculation, explanation, reporting and reconciliation
- Provide a meaningful contribution to revenue and client franchise; Exploit revenue and minimize loss potential
- Partner with Head office and sales to expand business growing market share; develop client relationships by connecting with clients. Empower sales by providing meaningful market commentary and trading ideas
- Deeply familiar with all onshore and offshore regulation in CNH and CNY related FX products
- Drive development of new system and technology to improve and enhance current pricing, risk management and trade analytic systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above preferably with major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 5 years FX trading experience with strong option and derivatives background
- Strong understand differences in volatility regimes and liquidity for different currency pairs
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills on overall rates and FX environments
- Quick learner and team player to understand various market developments and the impacts on derivative product pricing
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
