Responsibilities:

• Assist in communicating and implementing the overall business strategies and projects
• Keep track of implementation progress of sales strategies and the overall achievements of related targets
• Compile statistical reports including market and trend analysis for management review
• Responsible for account opening including KYC, customer enquiries
• Perform document checking for the periodic KYC review on existing customers based on the latest HKMA requirements; update KYC Information System, follow up, monitor and report the overall progress of the review
• Support Relationship Managers on daily sales activities, business transactions, and statistical reporting
• Organize and implement ad hoc projects according to business needs
• Participate in various risk and compliance management related tasks
• Provide administrative and clerical support to department

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 3 years of experience in banking industry, preferably with experience in conducting data analysis
• Knowledge of banking products, especially for financial institutions
• Strong analytical skill, self-motivated and independent
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, fluent Putonghua is a must
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Officer
