Our client is a well-known listed IT&T with business over the world. With continued expansion in the region, they are looking for an energetic candidate to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the billing workflow and perform good coordination of billing processes
• Verifying & auditing billing data of its accuracy for APAC business (e.g: SG, JP, AUS etc)
• Closely liaise with various internal parties (suppliers, regional sales & marketing, and operation teams) and Business Partners to resolve all billing issues and deadlines
• Monitor and conduct a full spectrum of the billing cycle, prepare billing settlement proposal and periodically reports
• Well work with Business Partner to obtain account information for billing purpose
• Participate in the development and execution of ad-hoc projects and report when required
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as a Senior Billing Specialist 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Statistics, Finance, Business Management, or any other business-related disciplines
• Min. 2 years’ relevant working experience in billing, credit collection, business analysis, statistics, in which IT, vendors, network, or technologies industry is preferred
• More experience can consider as Senior Officer 
• IMMEDIATE Avaialble is preferred
• Excellent computer literacy, interpersonal and strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
