Our Client in Financial Service Industry is recently looking for a Senior Programmer for their rapid growth in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities:

Manage the full development life cycle, maintenance and support of responsible applications Understand business needs and requirements, steer development and delivery of IT solution towards fulfilling the business objectives Manage IT projects according to the Bank's established standards; including solution evaluation, proposal preparation, project initiation, planning, risk indentification / assessment / mitigation, reporting and documentation preparation Supervise and coach developers and perform quality assurance to ensure timely and quality project deliverables

Requirements:

• University degree majored in computer science or equivalent / Prefer 5-7 years relevant working experience (Lesser experience with right skillset will be considered too)
• Working experience in Banking or Financial Service Industry is preferable
• Experience in IT system development, maintenance and support
• Solid experience in Java and .NET
• Understanding on programming techniques, analysis and system implantation methodologies
• Flexibility to learn and work in dynamic environment
• Proactive attitude, with sense of ownership and strong team player
• Can communicate using Mandarin
