Job description:

• To be involved in a wide range of fund raising and investment activities;
• To lead pre-IPO financing, M&A due diligent and execution process;
• To lead and communicate with various professional parties; and 
• To prepare financial analysis, valuation models and internal presentation.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of corporate finance experience gained from fiinancial institutions or professional firms;
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong listing rules 
• Solid knowledge in due diligent process, financial modelling and feasibility studies.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and a good team player;
• Good communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills; and
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
