 Requirements:

• Advance in University graduates in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline, preferably experience in retail banking, investment services area or other business related field.
• Possess team orientation and leadership
• Ambitious and aggressive for achievement
• Openness and willingness to embrace change and flexibility around changing circumstances
• Patient and tough to work and receive training under pressure
