Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day fund operational support;
• To perform operations duties such as trade capture, settlement, corporate action processing, cash management, payment, cash fee/financing monitoring and position reconciliation, etc;
• To perform daily / monthly cash and stock reconciliation to identify errors or breaks;
• To liaise with external parties such as fund administrators, brokers, clients and auditors for fund valuation, management fee and daily return, subscriptions processing, redemptions, transfer and switching as well as financial statement auditing;
• To assist in setting the operations process of new fund launch;
• To participate in system testing for new products when necessary;
• To work with other departments to provide fund operations support;
• To perform regulatory reporting related to SFC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields;
• With 3-5 years of fund operations/investment operations/fund administration experience (candidates with less experience will be considered as Operation Officer;
• With CPA membership are preferred;
• Hands-on experience on SFC authorized fund and operations flow;
• Knowledge on regulatory requirements for investment products and good understanding of market rule and practices will be an advantage;
• Experience on Investment products settlement including equities, fixed income, Unit Trust and structured products will be an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Office and systems such as Bloomberg AIM and Linedata will be an advantage;
• Ability to work as a team-member under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Good command in written and oral English and Chinese including Putonghua.
