Responsibilities:

• Follow up macro-economic data and maintain database in CNH Trading Centre
• Related statistics and data analysis for RMB exchange rate, such as onshore and offshore deals, transactions through offshore platform, onshore customer flows, deals through capital channel like Bond Connect, etc
• Focus on policy changes related to RMB exchange rate. Know well the impacts of PBOC monetary policies and other regulatory policies on interest and exchange rate
• Keep track of important information on offshore RMB market and China offshore markets
• Track major market changes both domestic and overseas, especially to the info which can strongly influence RMB market and our clients’ demand
• Complete daily and monthly reports, and write weekly report with traders
• Compose dynamic reviews and hot issues trackers
• Assist to provide materials for client marketing

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, Economics/Finance/Statistics/English/Literature/Journa-lism disciplines preferred
• Working Experiences: no more than 5 years, better within 3 years; market research and data analysis experience in financial industry preferred
• Proficient in MS offic including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Programming such as MATLAB, VBA and other statistic tools preferred
• Good writing skills, logical and active thinking. Could provide recent articles for reference
• Broad horizon, common sense for politics and economy, basic knowledge for macro-economic operation and attention to global news. Strong curiosity and critical thinking for new things
• Good physical quality, keen on few sports, anti-pressure ability

Employment will be under 2-year renewable contract
