Job Description
The Company
A Chinese background Hong Kong Listed Company is currently looking for Accounting Officer to join their team.
The Role
- Responsible for accounting operations and handle month-end closing
- Preparation of consolidated financial and management reports to meet the requirements
- Assist with the company's interim and annual results announcements
- Liaise with auditors and other professional parties
- Handle other ad hoc assignments
Your Profile
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualifications
- Preferably Member of recognized accounting professional bodies, e.g. HKICPA/ACCA
- Experience in PRC GAAP is highly preferred
- At least 5 years auditing or accounting experience, with experience in Listed Company
- Good command of English and Mandarin
