Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with Branch Manager and management on sales planning, strategies pipeline management for insurance business;
• Call potential clients and meet in branch for Insurance business;
• Collaborate with branch sales staff to provide professional insurance planning services and strengthen customer relationship by meeting potential customers;
• Analyze customer's personal financial situation and recommend insurance products to fit the customers well;
• Explore potential business by developing and maintaining strong relationship with customers in providing quality after-sales service;
• Support in ad hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above with 3 years relevant experiences in marketing, telesales and/or team service management experience;
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly;
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex customer service enquiries in a professional manner;
• Strong attention to details and administrative capabilities;
• Strong insurance knowledge and familiar with insurance market and insurance product;
• Good team player with strong business sense, organization and negotiation skills;
• High sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated and passionate
