Our Client, a well-established financial corporate is looking for a high caliber Vice President/ Assistant Vice President, Equity Capital Markets in Securities industry to join their existing SFC licensed platform and be actively involved in their securities related activities 

Job Duties

• Participate & assist ECM transactions in China & Hong Kong
• Co-ordinate with different internal working teams in the execution of ECM transactions
• Engage different working teams in the preparation & executive of IPOs, request for proposals, equity placements & underwriting commitments
• Manage deal or non-deal roadshows as part of the equity syndicate process;
• Responsible for IPO documentation;
• Liaise with internal counterparties when necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investment or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of experience in ECM or related areas
• Having strong institutional / corporate investor client connection for ECM transactions is a must
• Holder of SFC Type 1 licence is a Must
• Strong technical background & sound understanding of equity capital markets
• Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English & Chinese with fluency in Putonghua (MUST)
• Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing
