How you’ll contribute
The Pricing Specialist is responsible for building a more automated and user-friendly pricing database which includes retail prices, wholesale prices, and product cost to ultimately manage product pricing from factory cost all the way to local market retails.
More specifically, the Pricing Specialist will research by market local retails prices for similar items, create and maintain pricing rules by market and by channel to create retail and wholesale pricing, draft pricing recommendations for sales teams customers, develop accurate cost prices and execute agreed-upon pricing workflows to maintain rules-based prices. This is a new role and a key part of our international team, you will be reporting directly to senior management and have lots of room from growth.
You will be vital in the following ways:
• Working closely with senior management on pricing strategies by market and channel.
• Develop best practices for pricing and create strong system for pricing offers and maintenance.
• Maintain pricing and product cost database and pricing rules basted on both company and customer requirements.
• Work closely with sale steam to manage regional pricing strategies.
• Report and analysis on profitability by market, by product, by brand, by customer, and by channel.
• Offer pricing proposals for promotions on excess stock / inventories as needed.

• Degree in finance, Accounting or related majors
• Over 3-years solid working experiences in trading, retail or related industry,
• Results oriented approach with excellent analytical skills
• Strong at finance balanced with retail sensibilities
• Advanced Excel user (ability to program in VBA a plus!)
• Good knowledge of sales business
• Product knowledge and background in toys, gifts or premium, consumer electronic products preferred
• Good communication skills with fluent English in both written and spoken, Mandarin is a plus
• Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented, highly organized, independent, problem solver and a team player
