Job Description
Main Responsibilities
l Handle monthly financial reporting and closing
l Prepare variance analysis between actual and budget of financial statements
l Prepare regular accounting reports and analysis
l Assist in preparing annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecast
l Liaise with business teams, provide regular / ad hoc analysis for decision making and performance evaluation
l Ensure compliance to Company’s policies and internal control requirements
l Assist in refining and improving the business processes
l Assist in the development, enhancement and implementation of reporting systems
l Perform other ad hoc duties when required
Requirements
l Degree holder in Accounting/Finance with a recognized professional accounting qualification is preferred
l Minimum 4 years’ working experience in multinational companies
l Experience in Flex Financial System and knowledge in SAP System is an advantage
l Independent, able to work under pressure and with a proactive manner
l Good time management and detailed minded
l Good command in written and spoken English & Mandarin
l Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint
