Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing our BloomMe merchant network in Hong Kong and sell our BloomMe Pro spa management solution to spas, hairdressers, nail salons and beauty salons. You are responsible for closing partnership deals by promoting our platform and app functions. You are also expected to identity new leads and create positive relationships with the merchants. This specifically includes:
- Lead generation via internet and walk-ins to relevant merchants
- Upsale of current accounts
- Pitching of BloomMe beauty booking app and BloomMe Pro management system
- Maintain personable and productive relationships with merchants to close deals and ensure an efficient handover of closed sales to our merchant on-boarding team
Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive and highly goal oriented. You will also have a customer-oriented approach and ability to communicate economic benefits of our software solutions and our booking marketplace in a clear manner. Prior experience in beauty industry is preferred.
- F.7 graduate or above with at least 1-year of outside direct sales experience in B2B, POS, Retail, SaaS software and Booking App & Management System sales industry
- Willing to cold-call and walk-in to potential clients to promote our business and partnership opportunity
- Cultivate current accounts for all upsale opportunities.
- Sales-oriented with good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and hardworking
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese
