Job Description
Our client is an award-winning architectural & design practice with headquarter in Hong Kong, they are going to expand their professional teams and recruit more talents to join them due to upcoming projects including residential development/commercial/office building/healthcare projects. They are now looking for an HKIA/RIBA Architect for their grade A office building project in Hong Kong.
If you are...
- HKIA/RIBA qualified is a must
- At least 4 years of post-qualification working experience
- Solid knowledge of site issue solving and strong site experience in Hong Kong projects - grade A office building project experience is needed
- Familiar with Hong Kong Architectural statutory requirements and submissions/ approval procedures
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign and other design software.
- Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
