 Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full range of administrative support to Project Team;
  • Perform general administrative duties;
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure;
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Good telephone manner, common sense and interpersonal skill
  • Strong ability in independent, proactive, detail minded, well organized, team player with positive attitude to work with different parties
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  • Ability to adapt multi-tasks with tight schedules
  • Immediately available preferred
