Working in a multi-cultural,  people-focused, and result-driven retailing environment, you will work with the US Headquarters on the brand/store directive and compliance.  You will be fully engaged to take the lead to drive execution with external partners, vendors, contractors, landlords, building departments, and utility companies to achieve smooth project flow through to project completion within the agreed budget.

Conducting surveys on spacing to identify architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical and configuration plans, you will interview and award construction contract to the appropriate contractor.  You will be on top of every issues to insure all fitting-out proejcts are executed in accordance with the guideline and requirements, to follow up the incoming and outgoing drawings and approvl and to  perform frequent site visits, management, control, and support  to supervise the work procedures and processes,  achieving the right quality and on time project completion.

You will also utlize your knowledge of building and fire, site health and safety regulations to contribute to the satisfactory project result.

If you have 10 years of relevant experience in a similar environment, a degree  in architectural/interior design related disciplines, are familiar with AutoCAD drafting, Photoshop and other graphical software applications and have excellent communications skills in English and Chinese,  then we would like to hear from you.
