Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the QS team for tender preparation, costing analyse and submission
• Manage tender query, analysis and contract documents
• Lead the project team to monitor the on-going projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Min. 5 years relevant experience, experience in fitting out is highly preferred
• Capable of working independently and self-motivation
• Good communication and site management skills
• Proficient in MS Words and Excel
• Good command of English and Chinese
