Job Description

Responsibilities: -

  • Responsible and coordinate with clients and sub-contractors to facilitate site progress.
  • Attend site visits and meetings.
  • Coordinate with government department and various companies for connection and inspection.

Requirements: -

  • Higher Diploma in Building Studies or minimum 2 years relevant experience in local Building Construction.
  • Working experience in the government maintenance works definitively will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD.
  • Good command of spoken and written English/ Chinese/ Cantonese.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
