ANDREW LEE KING FUN & ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS LTD
invites applicants for the following posts for Proposed Second Expansion of DHL Central Asia Hub project in Hong Kong International Airport:-
Resident Clerk of Works (RCOW)
Minimum qualifications required :-
- Diploma or High Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic/ Polytechnic University/ Technical Institute/ Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent, or Final Part I Examination of the Institute of Clerk of Works of Great Britain, or Associate Examination of the Chartered Institute of Building, and
- 10 years' relevant experience, and
- Grade E or above in Chinese language and in English language (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
Location of work:
6 South Perimeter Road, Hong Kong International Airport
Tentative commencement of employment:
Commence in July 2020
Tentative employment period:
23 Months
