 Senior Sales Engineer (Building Management System)

What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for sales and marketing function of Building Management System
  • Act as the key contact point for major customers, contractors, professional consultants, property Management and developers
  • Responsible for pre-sales activities such as customer pitching, proposal preparation and presentation
  • Responsible for building strong customer network and expand customer base
  • Responsible for tender estimation, preparation and submission

 

What skills/qualification will you need?

  • Diploma or above in Building & Construction, Engineering, Mechanical or related discipline
  • At least 4 years or relevant sales experience in building & construction or building service will be an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Engineer

 

Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Independent and aggressive in meeting with targets
