Consultancy Agreement No. 9OG101 – Term Consultancy for Emergency Repairs, Major Repairs and Minor Works Projects to Aided Schools and in Buildings, Lands and Other Properties for which the Education Bureau is Responsible in Region No. 1A & 1B.

Job Title: Resident Maintenance Surveyor (RMS)

Job Duties:

The RMS will be deployed to client's office as a Resident Site Staff under the direction of the client's representative to administer and supervise repair works including repair works under Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme and Mandatory Window Inspection Scheme and minor works in aided schools at various locations throughout the territory of the HKSAR.

Entry Requirements:
 Candidates should –

•  be Corporate Member or Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in the Building Surveying Division, or equivalent, and have at least one year’s relevant post-qualification experience; or
• be Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), or equivalent; and
• have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
  
  [Note * ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

職責：
駐工地屋宇保養測量師將長駐客戶辦公室，並依照客戶的指引，負責管理及監督香港特別行政區各區資助學校的維修保養及小型工程，包括根據《強制驗樓計劃》和《強制驗窗計劃》下進行的維修工程。


入職條件：
申請人必須符合以下入職條件：

• 為香港測量師學會建築測量組的正式會員或資深會員或具備同等資格，並在取得上述資格後，具備最少一年相關的工作經驗；或
• 為香港建築師學會的會員或具備同等資格；以及
• 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級*或以上成績，或具同等成績。
