Job Description
Our client is one of the developers in Hong Kong with a portfolio of high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, retail and mixed use developments in the region. They are currently looking for a Construction Manager to manage their landmark project in the region.
Responsibilities
Reporting to Project Director, you will assist in facilitating the overall project management including managing and reviewing on-going project to ensure that it can be deliver according to the planned schedule. You will also provide professional support and technical advice to the team and the external consultants and contractors.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Structural / Civil / M&E Engineering / Construction Management / Building Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years experience working on large scale / mixed use projects in Hong Kong
- Skillful in coordination works, familiar with planning and project management
- Strong communication skill, good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
