• Identify qualified subcontractors;
• Negotiate price and cost comparison. 

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Surveying;
• 3-5 years' experience in Fire Services and Plumbing & Drainage Works for tendering;
• Good skills in bargaining with suppliers;
• Able to work independently, smart, work under pressure, self- motivated and good coordination with colleagues;
• Good computer knowledge of using MS Excel, MS word, etc.
