Responsibilities：

• Responsible for Tender Preparation & Taking off, measurement of works, cost control and settlement of final account of various project
• Participate of Project Management for various project
• Costing for material control

Requirements：

• Diploma / Degree Holder in Quantity surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience for Building Construction Projects
• Proactive, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
