This is a private healthcare group in Hong Kong, providing professional & tailor-made health and well-being services. With A&A works and expansion of their healthcare center, they are looking for an assistant project manager with architecture/ building surveying background to join them.

The best candidate should be...

• Degree and/or professional qualification in Architectural Studies, Building Survey or relevant discipline
• At least 6+ years of experience in project management & construction sectors
• Solid experiences in different large-scale local projects is welcome, hospital project experiences is the best! 
• HKIA member or equivalent is a plus
• Must be experienced in site supervision, site coordination, contract analysis, 
• Familiar with building-related Government submission processes and ordinances
• Proficiency in Auto Cad / Microsoft Office
• Mature, interpersonal and managerial skills
• Proficient in Cantonese/Mandarin/English
