Job description:

• Outdoor site checking for workmanship and progress of projects
• Conduct project on-site supervision, monitor & report project progress
• Communicate with consultant, contractor & resident of the project for company products and site issues
• Prepare site documents and reports

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or related disciplines with minimum 2 year site experience
• Responsible, hardworking, detail- minded, team work player, able to work under pressure and be punctual
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
• Good knowledge of PC, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Package

• 5 days (09:00 – 17:00), half Saturday per month (09:00 – 13:00)
