Our client is one of the longest and most reputable E&M contractors in Hong Kong and Macau, is seeking for experienced Quantity Surveyors at all level for their construction projects.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for multiple projects (New Build, both private and government projects)
• Handle pre and post contract stages, including tender analysis, preparing pricing document of tender, subletting, valuation of variation, final account settlement etc.
• Project control, including but not limited to formulate project budget cost planning, project cash flow forecast, monitoring of project expense and etc.;
• Assist project team to handle contractual related issues and payment certifications;
• Liaise with internal and external parties for project claim’s issues;
• Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontractors’ payments, etc.;

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in E&M contractor
• Experience in new projects
• Experience in valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractor’s accounts;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated and results focused;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project/ Quantity Surveyor
