Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in handling the overall administration of maintenance and construction works;
• Supervise the sub-contractors and site workers to ensure the progress of site works;
• Other ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies/Construction Management/Civil Engineering or related discipline issued by Hong Kong tertiary institution ;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction works;
• Professional institution qualification preferred;
• Strong organization and leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficient in spoken and written in both English and Chinese;
• Good command in PC skills;
• More experience will be considered as Project Manager.
