Provide leadership and planning for the project management team which consist of & not limited to site construction management, procurement procedure,  design development support, schedule planning; also allocate resource where require. Ensure the client project is completed within approved budget and schedule. Approve construction estimation & variation before submitting to client. Obtain internal funding approval to ensure successful project completion and coordination of all efforts.

Work cooperatively with the client & project consultants to clarify specific needs and requirements; in additional, keeps client up-to-date on project status throughout process. Interacts with government authorities as required to ensure the project comply with all applicable legal requirements and regulations.
