Duties 

• Perform project management, including without limitation to project planning, coordination and Tender process;

• Leading site team / workers to perform construction management, in order to complete contracts and provide quality and cost control;

• Prepare site program / progress report/ weekly report/ monthly report;

• Responsible for tender bidding; 

• Order, inspect and monitor factory production of all materials; and

• Coordinate with owners, consultants and other site parties;

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in construction management and/or project planning of interior fit-out works for hotel, commercial and retailing sites; 

• Diploma or above in architectural/Interior design/construction management/engineering or related disciplines;

• Skillful in project management software, such as primavera P6 system and Microsoft Office (Excel, Project );

• Good knowledge of project planning, coordination, report and correspondence work;

• Good knowledge of fit-out work technology, costing and manaufacturing system is preferred; and

• Good command of both in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experience in strong negotiating skill
