The Job:

The incumbent is responsible for supervising the quality of construction work on site and monitoring the site progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building or Building Studies or equivalent
• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong
  Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent  
• Minimum 10 years site experience including 6 years post-qualification experience in the capacity of Clerk of Works
• Experience with ASD project is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
