Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain design drawings with the use of computer-aided design (CAD) softwares (see below);
• Co-ordinate and work closely with Engineers;
• Design, Develop and Produce paper models.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma/Higher Diploma in relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building works related drawings;
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated & work independent and good problem-solving skills with good team spirit;
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, SketchUp,V-Ray, Photoshop, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
