Senior CAD Draftsman / Senior Technical Officer

-      Minimum 5 years relevant experience;

-      Proficient in AutoCAD drafting;

-      Knowledge and experience of AutoCAD Revit is preferred;

-      Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure, as well as to work in a team of  about 3 members;

-      Solid Experience in preparation of GBP submission, tender drawings, working drawings, construction details;

-      Knowledge of local building regulations and codes for General Building Plan submission is a must; and

-      Experiences of  HKHA projects is preferred
