Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or related disciplines 
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant post qualification working experience including 3 years working experience in residential projects
• Supervise, monitor and coordinate with contractors on site activities including site progress, witness to site tests, quality assurances, technical matters & environmental issues of Hong Kong projects from inception to completion stages
• With basic knowledge of building regulations in Hong Kong
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently
