Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Building Studies, Project Management or equivalent
• 5 years or above relevant experience in building or fitting out projects
• Experience in site coordination, preferably in sub-contracting company
• Able to communicate with main contractor, customers and site workers
• Well-versed in using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site supervision and project coordination to ensure timely completion
• Monitor works progress according to customers’ requirements and projects scheduling
• Handle projects development with customers, consultants and main-contractors
• Attend meetings with relevant parties for reporting progress and resolving issues
• Provide support on preparing project documents and maintaining database
