Job Description

1. Job: supervise construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. An understanding of the construction business and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment are important for career success;

2. Education: Minimum of bachelor's degree in civil engineering or building;

3. Skill: highly organized, analytical, ability to motivate and manage others;

4. Another requirement: minimum 3 years related work experience; voluntary certification available, cost-benefit analysis, risk management, statistics, general business skills and IT.

5. Salary: Negotiable
