Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare design presentation, tender and construction drawings independent
- Prepare general building plans for statutory submission
- Co-ordinate with consultants and government departments
- Conduct construction site meeting and inspection with the Contractors
Job Requirements
- Min. 3 years after graduation from Architectural Degree
- At least 3 years working experience in commercial projects preferred
- Working experience of preparing design and tender drawings independently
- Hands on experience in preparing submission to Buildings Department is preferred
- Proficient user in AutoCAD
- Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
