我們的客戶是一間穩健物業投資公司, 現招聘以下職位 :

職位 : Technician 物業維修保養技工 (住宅 / 商廈)

工作地點: 港島區

薪金 : 20k - 22k

工作時間：星期一至六 9 am - 6 pm

福利 : 年終花紅, 年假 7天, 醫療/牙科福利, 進修津貼, 勞工假期

職責：

負責服務式住宅/商廈的設施維修保養工作，包括油漆、木工、泥水等, 採購原材料及零件, 維修、跟進及測試
為大廈冷氣設備提供安裝、保養、檢查及測試
負責日常檢查及監察有關設施

入職要求：

中三或以上程度，持有工業學院證書
持有有效電工 "A" 牌或以上及平安咭
具2年或以上有關大廈設施維修工作經驗，具水喉、冷氣及渠務維修經驗
