Job Description

  • Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) (Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Discipline) or an equivalent professional institution
  • At least 5 years relevant post-professional qualification experience in the design, site supervision and coordination of construction projects
  • Good understanding of the construction works and to oversee, inspect, check, test and examine materials used, the Contractor’s workmanship, and installation method and procedure employed for all building services and E&M works, including works manufactured / fabricated off-site with the assistance of the site supervisory staff
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
