Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key responsibilities:
- Work with directors or senior managers to provide general support for the team
- Support specialists in document review and desktop research
- Draft documents including reports, presentations, etc. to support project delivery
- Document management
- Assist in arranging workshops and client meetings
- Develop excellent working relations with the client and the teams involved in the provision of services
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Construction/Engineering/IT background preferred
- A generalist who is flexible, analytical, organized, highly proactive, and self-motivated
- A team player who can multi-task and manage priorities according to the requirements of the project environment
- Excellent communication skills with high language proficiency in Chinese and English
- Conversant with MS Office application - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio (and preferably Tableau)
