The Role

As a Draftsman in Interspace, you will assist the senior members of our Design and Project teams to prepare drawing packages and details for our workplace design projects. This early-to-mid level position offers the potential for ambitious designers to gain exposure to other aspects of interior design and progress to either a Senior Draftsman or Assistant Interior Designer position. 

The Package

Salary: HK$15,000 to HK$22,000 per month, depending on experience and ability

Raises/Promotions: Assessed by the Directors on your employment anniversary

Bonus: Performance-based (company + individual)

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Annual Leave: 12 days (same for everyone in Interspace)

Company Holidays: Standard "Bank Holidays" (i.e. General Holidays)

The Hard Part

Do you have what it takes to join our team?

1 -    You graduated from a degree program in Computer Aided Design or other related field of study, and you have at least 2 full years experience working in the interior design or architecture field in Hong Kong. 

2 -    You can communicate in English confidently. We would prefer if you can also speak Cantonese, Mandarin, or any other second language (although it's not mandatory).

3 -    You have plenty of practical experience using AutoCAD and supporting fast-paced projects in a team/collaborative studio (there are no solo warriors here).

4 -    You are an over achiever with above-average intelligence and an extreme attention to detail. 

5 -    You ask questions constantly and aren't afraid to defend your belief/position, but you can also accept when you're wrong and learn from it!
