The Job
- Clients: A Global Construction Engineering Consultancy
- Position: Senior Structural Engineer (Building) - Engineering Consultancy
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and work with team in engineering design and optimization of complex building structures
- Prepare and review drawings and detailing of building systems designed
- Supervise the preparation of submittals
- Attend design meetings and communicate with clients to establish their needs and discuss design issues with them
- Salary: $40K-55K, bonus, medical
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with a sound knowledge of structural engineering fundamentals for the design of building systems
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in building structure engineering
- Corporate membership of relevant professional institution(s), e.g. HKIE, IStructE, etc.
- Relevant building design and project administration experience
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua would be an advantage
