Job Description
- Degree in construction / structural / civil engineering
- Has the qualification of Authorized Signatory (AS) under Building Ordinance (BO) is an advantage
- Min. 10 years or above relevant experience in general building contractor
- Strong communication, well organization & energetic
- Familiar with costing, contract, regulations and building operations (site)
- Proficiency in PC applications including M.S. Project
- Knowledge of P3 & P6 Programming is an advantage
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Candidates with lesser qualification and /or experience shall be considered as Assistant Project Manager
